     I would be happy to design a massage that is modified to help you maintain and improve your overall health status while addressing any physical limitations you are experiencing at this time.  The clinical reasoning and hands-on skills that I have developed in my practice will help relieve symptoms and provide general support to accommodate your needs.  My clients and their families tell me that skilled massage helps them gain a more restful sleep while also reducing their level of pain, stress, and anxiety.
